Softshell coat

I bought a softshell coat last year after a wash it had brown burn marks. I took it back to the store and they send it back. After about 2 months I got it back and the manager said the factory could not repair it because they did not have the fabric and I must try again this year and yet when I bought it the saleslady said the warranty was life ling. I cannot get to the store now due to Covid-19
