Size 6 box with one shoe size 5 and the other a 6

My husband went to the Cape union Mart in Wonderpark Pretoria during the week to buy me sandals i was supposed to wear on Friday for a thing only to find that inside the box it was a 6 and a 5shoes size i went back on sartuday the 29th to return the shoes for a proper size only to find dat they don't have a 6 in the store so the manager said he can order them and il have to come back again with my petrol and time for the correct size i told him id rather take my money back cos already the shoes did not serve their purpose as i was supposed tl wear them dat past Friday and i couldn't so now i have to go up and down because some *********** cashier failed to open the shoe box in the beginning just to check if everything was in order now i opt for the money back they take my card without even explaining the process of how it works and dat i will have to wait 48hrs to get my money back i had to go back to the shop bcos i was surprised the money not crediting in my acc only only then they explained the 48hr process.... How do u hire such *********** staff whatever happend to good customer service im very angry and will no longer be buying anything from this store
