Shouting at staff on the floor

If I can give no stars - I will. I was minding my own business shopping for a puffer jacket, and noticed how a manager with black hair was shouting at a staff member with a beard. I was so shocked at how this man spoke to his staff member, that I felt that if this is the culture on an open floor in this company, that I will not support them. I left the store, and went to Sportsmansware house and bought my jacket and other items. I suggest that this be reported to the CEO of Cape Union Mart as I will never support them again.
