Shoeless!!!

<p>Spent over R1500 on my son's hiking boots in 2015 and they are falling apart after 7 months. Dropped his shoes off in April at Blue Route branch to be repaired and am still screaming and shouting to get someone to phone me back re the repair status. Have been to the branch 4 times!!! Keep on being promised a return telephone call by various staff members to no avail! Went back again on Wednesday the 16th June and the manager on duty promised to email his repair centre and cc me in this morning and it is now 13:30 and again NO SERVICE OR FEEDBACK!! Just phoned the branch and spoke to Melissa Wilson who told me she would get the manager to phone me. My son leaves on holiday at the end of the month and I will never EVER again bother to buy a Cape Union Mart product if this is the service you get!!</p>
