Shocking webstore customer service

This is for the Cape Union Mart (CUM) website's poor customer service. Bought a jacket online. They take very long to deliver but I am okay with that. They then provide a mechanism for returning online. That process has been ongoing for 6 days and still undocumented. I have sent 4 emails to customer service without response. The customer support telephone line listed on the webpage does not work. Exceptionally frustrating. I have to return another article. I shall try returning to a physical store. Hopefully it works. In summary do not return to CUM webstore online. 2 stars is for actually delivery the product to me.
