SHOCKING SERVICE CAPE UNION MART HEMINGWAYS

SHOCKING SERVICE FROM CAPE UNION MART I contacted Cape Union Mart in Hemingways wanting to purchase a Led Lenser XEO19R headlamp. I was told they did not have in stock but could order for me. I told them to go ahead and to speed things up to a two day delivery from cape town I could pay an EXTRA R150 courier fee and it would be sent asap. Well 3 weeks had passed NO communication from them. I phoned them on Sunday to query . I was told it had not arrived when I asked why I was given a whole lot of hot air by the Assistant Manager. I then told her I wanted a refund of my courier fees. I went in to the store to be told that the item had NOT been ordered as she had been on "leave" As i was leaving she had the absolute audacity to ask me if I still wanted the item . NEVER AGAIN WILL I PURCHASE ANY ITEMS FROM CAPE UNION MART. STAY AWAY FROM THEM AT ALL COSTS
