Shocking service

What a shocking experience .I bought an online gift card which was not delivered on the day.I phoned 4 times and was put on hold and cut off.I phoned head office and the manager had a voice note to leave a message.My e mails have not been answered I shall battle to get my money back What disappointment .I thought this was a good establishment
