Shocking online service! Missing bags! Don’t buy online!

I ordered 2 very expensive bags online from Cape Union Mart! I noticed on the day of delivery that they were delivered to an incorrect address. I immediately emailed them - no reply - it is now 4 days! I called them - no answer! They did not even get back to me and try to assist me!
