Shocking and dishonest service

Wow, had I visited Hello Peter before ordering I would have never considered ordering online from Cape Union Mart. The irony is that there instor service is generally very good. I placed an order 3 weeks ago, and requested a tracking number as their online service doesn't work. Eventually the tracking number was provided, on calling their beyond useless courier partner Fast & Furious, I was informed the parcel couldn't be located, I phoned on numerous occasions as despite being told I would be called back with feedback this never happened. This morning I received an e-mail from CUM telling me there was a hijacking and the parcel was one of the items ******, and they had no more stock so I would be refunded. Yesterday I contacted Fast & Furious and they informed me I would receive my parcel today, as such I called again based on the CUM message, they informed me that there was no such incident as a hijacking and that the parcel has been misplaced on one of the depo floors. Long story but this essentially encourages me never to do business with Cape Union Mart ever again, as they are dishonest and their online service leaves much to be desired.
