Shining Stars

On Tuesday I sent an email to your Canal Walk branch (the one with the email address starting canalwalk@capeunionmart)asking for a K-Way torrential rain jacket and until today, they haven't responded.<br> <br> Fortunately, I forwarded the email to your Waterfront branch at Quay Four. Ilse responded immediately and offered to keep my size and colour of the jacket aside for me to collect on Thursday. <br> <br> I was there yesterday. The staff were so friendly, greeting me at the door. Two different staff members asked if I needed help while the other was fetching my jacket for me. <br> <br> On my way out, the staff ambushed me at the door to wish me farewell. They made me feel like I was Beyonce or something.<br> <br> I had a very good experience at Canal Walk Quay Four and I'll continue to travel the extra distance to get there.
