Service Of Perfection!

I recently purchased the Gopro Karma Drone and Hero 5 Camera from Thato the sales consultant in Cape union mart clearwater mall. After weeks of trying to find one he managed to get everything I needed in less than a week. Shortly there after the drone malfunctioned and crash landed, I took the drone back to get advise and find out what needs to happen now. Thato quickly responded to my request and in a matter of a few days the issue shans been escalated to Gopro international and replacement parts on their way. They have not arrived yet and I have not yet received my drone back however I have no doubt in my mind that it will arrive soon! I would like to take the opportunity and forum to commend the following employees of Cape union mart clearwater mall; Thato, Zaine and Benjamin. These three gentleman are the cream of the crop. I have been in retail operations for over ten years and it's exceptionally rare to find people of this calibre in retail especially in South Africa! I have only ever been in a few situations whereby service excellence has been practiced and this is most definitely one of the finer ones received! Well done to your team in this store and I hope they have great succession planning in place as these are the type of people you never want to lose and grow them as they will be the future of your business!
