Selling knock offs at high prices

I bought a cargo pants R1199.00 on 25th April.wore it the next day to work and the belt strap came apart, embarassed and upset went to the eastgate store to change it they did. Today 29th AprilSunday at home taking to put in the washing maching i noticed strap is loose i pull it slightly it cames apart same as the first. Into my car back to the store eastgate, i show them i said i just here on thursday replacing tye same pant fir the same thing , the supervisor says sorey cannot help without the receipt..i said the pabts still has it tags.... I lost R1199.00 to a store one thinks you buying quality yet its knock offs at high prices..utter ******* ...junk...
