rudely discussing clients

On 14 March 2015, I visited the Cape Union Mart at Paarl Mall. Being a frequent customer at other branches in the greater Cape Town area, I am used to friendly sales assistants. Upon leaving the above branch I overheard one of the sales assistant discussing my pregnant wife and her extremely prominent abdomen, accompanied by hand gestures mimicking my wife's belly with one of her colleagues. I never felt so insulted and disrespected, and wanted to bring this under the attention of the manager, but upon seeing how angry I was my wife convinced me to rather leave the shop and calm down. I went into the shop to see if they stocked pocket watches, as I normally only purchase jackets and boots from them. I feel that the two assistants involved are uncouth and unprofessional and need to be educated in proper manners and etiquette.
