Roller Bag Delivery Issue

After I spent a full day of my own time and money searching for the last of the Altitude 40 litre duffel rollers in South Africa and personally arranging for the bag to be delivered to the Johannesburg Rosebank Branch from Jeffrey's Bay - i arrived to find the bag had been sold. Understandably I was very frustrated and upset as I was due to leave on my trip that day. After a few heated discussions Miguel and Brian of the Rosebank store made a great effort to get a replacement bag to me in time as well as address the issue. I am very grateful for this.
