Return policies are a blatant lie

Terrible after sales service!!!!! Apparently have a returns policy on shoes but it is a blatant lie! Do not expect to be able to return items. I will not be shopping at the Cape Union Mart at Liberty Midlands Mall PMB ever again. Nor will I ever buy a pair of rare earth shoes.
