Repair Service or Cape Union Mart is a joke.
I would like to bring to your attention the poor service I received from Cape Union Mart regarding the repair of my drone. I sent my drone, reference RC510348 /102943, for repair over 5 months ago and was charged R13 000 for the repair. Despite this, I have yet to receive my repaired drone and have not received any clear or satisfactory explanation for the delay.
The lack of communication and follow-up on this matter is unacceptable. I have made multiple attempts to inquire about the status of my repair but have received no response or updates.
I demand a full refund of the repair cost and an explanation for the delay in the repair of my drone. I also expect the drone to be repaired and returned to me as soon as possible.
I urge others to be cautious when considering using Cape Union Mart for repairs or service.
