Refund poetry order PT***4

On 14 January I received an email that my poetry order PT***4 has been canceled and I should email my order number to ***. for a refund since I used payjustnow for the purchase.I emailed all the required information immediately. To date, no one has had the basic decency to merely acknowledge my countless follow up emails nor have I been refunded.For a big company like the cape union group, this is very low and totally disappointing. I want my money back!
