Realy Sloppy Service

On the 2nd of December I ordered 2 X Zartex ZA-758 radios @ R950 each. On Saturday 2 January I went back to the store as no one has contacted me.The first lady I speak to opens a book and does not find my name in the book (Id did give my name and number to the gentleman when I place the order)She then gets someone else to also have a look in the book.I then get told that there is nothing in the book so the order was not placed, but they will get the display keys in hope they have stock.15min later the two ladies are carrying on with what the were doing before my arrival (Hanging clothes) and I'm still left standing(No attention and no care for a client just left standing.When I finally trough my toys out then everyone starts to spark and look for the keys and after waiting another 10min I left the store.One of the gents phone the manager to try and assist as he was not in the store, but he did not seem in any real hurry so I left.Best of all the conversations between staff I was both ignored and the staff spoke african language to each other.Both rude and unprofessional.I'm very dissapoiunted and I needed the radios as we are leaving on friday for Namibia
