RCS *****s money from account holders

I have a Cape Union Mart account. I received my statement in January to pay the CLOSING balance of R333. 24 which I did. All of a sudden I receive a statement where I have to pay R84 on my account of which R36 is a service fee. How can they rip people off like that ;my account is paid up but I keep paying a service fee. For what!!

Pathetic RCS. And this is beside the fact that their banking details do not work. Now they are *****ing money from clients.
