RCS and Cape Union Mart ---- dont open an account - their systems are awful or their is *****

I recently paid all outstanding bills. Not a lot to Cape Union Mart and their link to RCS (or whatever it is called). I recently then looked at my credit rating and it said that I had another account (with Cape Union Mart) and that I had not paid my account. I have been fighting this since April and I still can't get my credit rating sorted out. It still indicates that I owe them money - which I don't.. BOTTOM LINE DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH CAPE UNION MART AND RCS..... THERE IS A PROBLEM!
