Pure Dissapointment

Good Morning Kway – I hope this mail finds you well – on 24th April 2018 – my wife bought 2 Down Jackets – one for her and one for me – after wearing the jacket for a month I got so irritated with the down feathers shedding from my jacket, that I opted to go back to Cape Union Mart in Tygervalley – they confirmed this does indeed happen – I took another jacket as a replacement – but to my disgust – it still shedding down feathers – I have the proof(I took photos of what my work chair looks like) – I’m a bit upset that a R1500 jacket can actually do this – I hope you come back to me with a decent enough explanation on why this is happening and if it’ll ever stop – to be honest – I’m actually disappointed – I’ve been buying kway gear since 2007 – I still have my body warmer from then, that is still in perfect condition – I truly hope you can read this in the correct light – I’m not knocking the brand – but purely disappointment comes to mind – warm regards – Jean Bresler
