Promotion not honoured!

Sent a R100 off voucher to redeem on orders over R500... voucher comes up as invalid at check out. After 5 days of chatting on line it still isn't remedied. Very frustrating and annoying that - company lacks can do attitude! Tarryn-Lee and Manana know the issue and have failed to get this sorted - they have my number and I would have at least expected resolution by end of this week but they are now off line.

Hoping Management sees this and takes initiative to fix and get the sale. If not don't offer promotions that cant be honoured!!
