Promotion fail!

So outside they have shoes on special. The sales guy Thabo came to help me told me the shoes are on special and i can even buy 5 pairs if i want. Came to the till to pay and they said no its not on special. It was marked down from R499 to R199. Outside big it say its on special and marked down, exact one is outside and they told me i took it off the other side of the rack and that is not on special! They didnt even try to help out! Useless! He didnt even say sorry or admitted anything just stood there looking at us. Use to be a fan and big client - wont see me again - no thank you.
