Poor website purchasing process.

What a nightmare trying to purchase online from Old Khaki with an FNB eBucks voucher. After trying multiple times, chatting with a bot and even the call centre it was fruitless. I buy regularly online from all sorts of websites and have never experienced this frustration. No option but to try and cancel the voucher.
