Poor state of K-way jacket ordered online via Cape Union Mart

How does such an expensive order slip through the cracks of not being quality checked??

I order a k-way jacket online on Sunday. The order was delivered today and when I opened it I found that the k-way logo was half-way peeled of??? EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED - how can such a poor quality item be packed in the first place? I needed this item urgently but now I probably won't even find stock anymore.
