Poor service
We ordered clothing online in April at Cape Town Union Mart, nobody can help me find our order, and i think for your store and you name it is pathetic. I tried the tracking on your system but when i put in the order number i shows that i need to register on you site if i try doing that it wont let me i have tried EVERYTHING!! The people in Paarl Mall Shop can't help me or tell me anything about my order, so now you tell me who can help me find out were my order is please we need the clothing urgently!!

03 Jun 2020, 12:56This was sent on 20 May 2020 and still haven't heard anything about CUM!!!! I want my money back for the order that was delivered incorrect!!! I have send numbers of emails, tried phoning, went in store!! no response or any help, i am very sorry but i will NOT support CUM anymore, i am done!!
