Poor service delivery.

Hi my wife bought crocces from cape union mart in Rustenburg which they told her that they did not have the size 7 which she want. The sales told her that she can buy it online, which she did,by the store. While she was there gaven the address to sale person, they put in the rong address. My wife did correct them.so on that day was the 26 March 2021 was the purchase of the crocces. So till to date we did not yet receive the crocces. So please what happen to customer service to inform your customer the where abouts your goods. My did call today to find out that package is still in Johannesburg.
