Poor service delivery

Most pathetic service. Sad to say that, due to this poor level of service delivery to paying customers, KZN gets dragged through the mud. Store did not have correct size, so was advised by store manager to purchase a size larger and pay a courier fee and the correct size would be ordered from another branch. The pledge was that the product would be avaliable within 4 - 6 days. After 6 weeks, still no update and was forced to call the store. I was given a barage of apologies and the highlight was that the product would only be available within 14 days. I courier articles to jhb within 4 days, so i am still perplexed about this courier system, which i still had to pay for? This is the last time that i will be patronizing this store. I would rather drive to Durban and receive professional service instead of receiving this level of treatment.
