Poor return service!!

I have ordred shoes online on the 26th of April - they were quick to deliver the package - but it was the wrong color as what I have ordered. They came and pick it up after a struggle to get hold of them. That was on the 5th of May and I am still waiting for them to return the package with the right color. I have ask for a return and they said : Good day,

We have a replacement available which will be shipped out within this week.

I have not received my shoes yet - I have sent emails on emails but no repsonse!!

This is unacceptable!!

Can someone please get in touch with me about my shoes!! I need it before this weekend or just refund me.
