Poor quality products (Kway Jacket and gloves)

Good day

Last year in the last week of November, I was prepping for my New York trip and purchased some items for my your shop.

To my disappointment, the Kway jacket and gloves purchased from the Mall of Africa branch was of poor quality... the gloves starting coming apart from the inside giving a very bad uncomfortable feeling when wearing them.

Secondly, the jackets fur (white stuff) starting coming off slightly after just the second time wearing the jacket this is so annoying because it makes whatever I am wearing underneath the jacket firstly and full of white fur like things from the jacket itself, also making the jacket collar look dirtly. I mean this is a brand new jacket... so disappointing honeslty.

Can someone attend to my query and revert accordingly.
