Poor quality ! No feedback !

Hi, i bought a womans down jacket at the price of R1499.00 and the feathers is shedding. Took it in and still gets no feedback! What is the point of your “good customer service” and “pride in quality” if i have to pay R1499 for a winter jacket that i simply cant wear in winter because it needs to go for repair between 6-8 weeks after i was told it would tale two weeks only to find that there is no feedback?

Its unacceptable.

Please Advice , im at the point of taking further steps.
