Poor or non existent service

Such a disappointment today, I often shop at Cape Union stores and the service is often super impressive however today at Fourways Mall I was let down... no offer of assistance at all in the store trying to find the item I was looking for and then once I did, only one teller at the cash point that was occupied I assume trying to train someone.. stood around waiting for several minutes and eventually gave up and left with out purchasing anything... why have 3 - 4 till points and not utilize them... really disappointed today
