Poor Delivery service

I got an sms that my online order will be delivered today. A lady called me to say that she is at my gate with the order. I told her that I'm at work, she must give me five minutes. I arrived there in less than 5 minutes and I tried to call but she would hang up on my calls. I waited for a long time and mind you I was supposed to be at work. I decided to go back to work and when I got back to work, she calls again to say that she is outside my gate. I am a very disgruntled customer, please do not send people like that. It's raining outside and now I have to play games and waste my fuel and work time on an unprofessional delivery person. My ref number is ***.
