Poor Customer Service

I spoke to Ruth on the online chat service today.

I have been waiting for the down jackets to go on sale. At last it was.

Surprise-the online stock is sold out. I asked her to look for a Tundra Jacket in XL in perriwinkle anywhere.

She found one and organised for it to be kept aside. I was ecstatic.

We drove today all the way from MALMESBURY to CANAL WALK to get it. When I got here the sales assistant tells me no it is a large. They do not have xl.

Why!!!!!!!!!!!!! Did you not read my request properly. I can not take a large as it is to tight hence I requested an xl.

I wasted time and a **** load of diesel to get here for nothing.

I am really, really dissapointed.
