Poor customer service

Hi guys.

Worst service ever..

Sold me a K way jacket which has a factory fault.. I took it back to them and after 2 months.. still no feed back.. I had even gone into the store to get an answer.. the manager could not even find the K way jacket.. did not know where it was... assistant manager had very unpleasant attitude..

Not a great experience at all..

I will not recommend going to this store people..no sense of customer service..

The store has been great before lockdown.. I am a regular shopper there..

I hope they resolve this matter asap..
