POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered online from Cape Union Mart on the 28th of February 2024 and never received it. I never got an OPT to collect the parcel at the collection point. I requested a refund and I am still waiting one and a half months later.

I paid this money in full to Payflex. Can you please assist me? I am so disappointed with your terrible customer service. Paul Koopman
