Poor customer service

I have never been so humiliated in my life until today.I saw a beautiful leather boots at Poetry site yesterday and I told myself I'll go to Cape Union Mart Outlet store Access Park.Siyanda 'Siya' Tukashe spoiled my day, when I went to the Poetry shoe department Siya only gave me an up and down look and he simple walked away and assisted one white lady, and patiently I stood there hoping he will come back to assist me.But no Siya passed me and gave me the same look and he gave a BIG HELLO to another white lady. And he calmly asked her if he could assist the lady said no. Siya took a stepladder to assist another white gentleman that came after me.He pretty much assisted few other people while I was standing there and I could see the long black boots that I wanted to buy.I only needed to ask if they had my size then purchase the boots. I got a poor service from Cape Union Outlet Access Park which I've never got in my life.I am not too sure if Siya saw a poor natural black lady and assumed that I was going to waste his time and not buy anything maybe in his eyes he kind of felt that I could not afford Poetry boots? I don't know what was going through his mind but it surely humiliated me
