Poor customer care experince

Rather poor customer experience, the Salomon Speedcross Pro Shoe (Mens) - Blue/Red Product Code: ********** 427 is advertised as online only, I cannot purchase the shoe online. I have emailed the customer care which was of no assistance. They say instore only. I asked for them to check for my size, which their reply was no stock. Yet the website says instock at fourways store. Now they stop replying to my email. Is this what the brand stands for ?
