Poor customer care and service delivery.

Very poor service delivery again. On a follow up of my previous review still cape union could not really come back to me by them self after I send them an email. They just tel me that my parcel has been hijacked and that they will refund me. I will never ever set foot in your stores again. And will tel my family members and friends. You guys really don't what is customer service. Very bad and unprofessional.
