All I get are baseless apologies on the hello Peter forum with no effort whatsoever to find a resolution.<br> <br> Their ostrich approach only establishes the company personnel as incapable of doing their jobs.<br> <br> I'm looking forward to their next apology and inaction so I can write yet another report.<br> <br> Good Luck to me!
