Personal Information

<p>My card number was taken down today when confirming a sale. When I queried this I was told it was policy. The cashier then turned the card over to deliberately look at the CVV number, to show me that this was the number she was not supposed to take. I loudly told her to stop and got a very snotty attitude in return. The manager was also not to be found. The capturing of personal information contravenes the POPI act, and significant penalties can be imposed for misuse of information. From this bad experience you have lost a very loyal customer. I will not be back. And any ***** on the card in the near future will have me pointing my fingers first at Cape Union Mart.</p>
