Pensioner ****** by Cape Union Mart Pavilion

<p>My mother, a pensioner, bought my father a birthday present from your Westville branch at pavilion. It was a Tom Tom sports watch that she paid half cash and half on card for however the cashier charged the full amount on card and she was thus charged R1600 more than the actual item!!! They refuse to refund her as they say there is no proof but really when you cashed up you were R1600 over for the day. For a pensioner this is a lot of money. This is absolutely disgusting that you guys won't take responsibility for this and have basically told her that the onus is on her to prove she was over charged. I refuse to buy another item from any of your stores and urge all my friends and anyone reading this post to do the same. #boycottcapeunionmart</p>
