PATHETIC SERVICE I HAVE EXPERIENCED

On the 1st of august I purchased a down jacket at cape union mart in access park Kenilworth I returned the jacket because there was too much stains on and I got a gift card to purchase another one when they have stock, ever since I have been battling to get the jacket ive been calling in almost everyday to ask if there is stock once the stock arrive and my actual size come in then it gets sold just like that without considering the person who has been calling almost everyday for the size. Whats the use you are told you should call instead of coming in when the jackets get sold any way... Tell me how would you feel when you have been calling almost everyday for the same DAMN thing and finally when there was stock you find that it was sold to the walk in customer!!! Your told to call in, your told we will keep a jacket for you when the sock arrive, your told we will call you but then I find myself calling again... I am not calling again I spoke to the supervisor today and I SURE HOPE I GET A CALL THIS TIME WITH AN ANSWER THAT WE HAVE YOUR JACKET FOR YOU! How can a service make you feel like they doing you a favor when your a customer. I MUST SAY THIS WAS THE MOST PATHETIC SERVICE I HAVE EXPERIENCED... Just give me what I want so that I can never enter that store AGAIN! Your lucky im not mentioning names....................
