Pathetic service from Cape Union Mart

I placed 2 considerable sized orders on 24 April fron Cape Union Mart. I also bought from Dischem Clicks and Woolworths on the same day. All the retailers delivered within a few days as expected. Except for the orders from Cape Union Mart.

It is now almost a MONTH later and still no update on the orders. I followed up on 06 May with very specific questions and after 2 days I got a pacifying email ignoring my questions and telling me I need to be patient.

Almost a month later and still my orders show in progress. Its beyond ridiculous and COMPLETELY ruined my respect I had for the company.
