Pathetic service from Cape Union Mart
Purchased clothing from Cape Union Mart's online store. After a few days they e-mail saying my order is out of stock. After 4 e-mails, three messages to customer care and numerous phone calls I am still waiting for any reply. After purchasing thousand of Rands online and in store this service is pathetic. I have no way getting hold of these people.
