PATHETIC SERVICE- CAPE UNION MART

I've placed an order on the 23rd of November 2020 at cape union mart online, last message of courtesy was the 30th when my parcel was supposed to be delivered and within the same day it was canceled too. After several attempts to find out what is the problem, I still haven't received a courtesy call from Cape union Mart to explain and deliver the parcel. And they don't even bother to care and follow-up, their customer service sucks. They say you will receive your parcel withing 7 days and today it's day 27, still haven't receive it.
