Pathetic service

I don't know which courier company they use but I received 2 sms's from Cape Union Mart with my delivery on its way twice but never arrived. Eventually it arrives at 21h00 two days later with both driver and van boy acts like it's funny. I suspect alcohol to be blamed for such poor behavior.
