pathetic service at poetry cloclothing store in eastgate

I app**** for a poetry store account and was approved and sms was sent to me to go the store to collect my card. I get to poetry clothing store at eastgate to collect my card,firstly I was told the store manage went to order food and left with the safe key I must wait for 15 minutes I waited for almost 45minutes for the store manager when I ask the not so friendly consultant to call her she tells me she doesn't have her cell number.. as to when the manager arrived I didn't see i only saw the consultant coming with the card and voucher the manager didn't even bother to come to me and apologies... now after waiting for almost and hour when this irritated consultant calling u dontbknow who to activate my card she was told that they can see that my account is approved but not for poetry store but cape union mart... I told this girl that I completed the poetry application not what she is talking about. this girl became very rude and have my id card back and told me to call the head office myself and find out what is happening... I left the store angry and still feel like a fool after waiting for such along time and being told nonsense. poetry store in eastgate gave me a pathetic service and u just don't want to play a race card but white customers were greeted with a smile and we're offered the best customer service...
