Pathetic service!!!!!

I am so livid that I don't ever want to deal with cape Union mart again, most pathetic service I have ever got!!!!!! Ordered two jackets online last sunday and was looking forward to receiving them only to get a mail now saying that they are out of stock and I will only now by the 7 th of August if they can get this is unacceptable to say the least!!!!! Not even a phone call to explain!!! Not only don't they have the stock but they are stillllll advertising it as available so beware all customers out there they just want to ***** your money and waist your time!!!! I could have gone to a store last week already and got the jackets from them but now most of the sale stock is sold out and I will probably not get anything what an inconveinence!!!! I am utterly disgusted by the way this was handled!!
