Pathetic service

<p>Cape union mart was initially very helpful and offerer to get a pair of shoes that were on special from another store that had my size.</p> <p> </p> <p>I got a call and was told they had eventually arrived about 2 weeks later, only to then be told, when i went all the way to the store, that they were now longer on special and that I would have to pay full price??</p> <p> </p> <p>Perhaps they should be more transparent with their marketing and sales strategies and not resort to underhand tactics to try make sales.</p>
